How we scope

A predictable process from inquiry to launch

We aim to remove ambiguity before any contract is signed.

STEP 01
Discovery call
A 30–45 minute call to understand your goals, constraints and timeline. Free of charge.
STEP 02
Written proposal
Within 3–5 business days you receive a written proposal with scope, milestones, assumptions and a fixed budget envelope.
STEP 03
Statement of work
Once aligned, we sign a Statement of Work covering deliverables, acceptance criteria, IP ownership and payment terms.
STEP 04
Kickoff
We schedule a kickoff, set up shared communication channels and begin Sprint 1 the following business week.
STEP 05
Delivery
Two-week sprints with demos, written status reports and a named point of contact.
STEP 06
Launch & handover
Final QA, security review, deployment, documentation handover and a 30-day warranty period.
